Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping rates are calculated by Shopify using UPS or USPS and are based on the customer's address.

Packaging:
To protect your soaps and the environment, we use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging materials.

Local Pickup:
We are working on implementing a local pickup option at a small business in downtown Henderson or at the Henderson Farmer's Market.  More information coming soon.

Delays:
Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
