We're Mark and Jen — a retired chemistry teacher and a practicing attorney who share a love for craftsmanship and quality. After years in education and law, we found joy in creating something more hands-on: small-batch, handmade soap. Mark draws on his background in chemistry to perfect our recipes, while Jen brings an eye for detail (and a passion for beautifully packaged products). We're both proud University of Kentucky grads, now combining science, creativity, and care to bring you soaps that elevate the everyday.

We started making soap because we believe everyday rituals — like washing your hands or taking a shower — deserve a little more intention and care. With Mark’s background in chemistry and Jen’s eye for detail, we found joy in creating something simple, beautiful, and useful. For us, it’s about slowing down, working with our hands, and offering something real in a world full of shortcuts. Every bar we make is a small act of craftsmanship — from our home to yours.
